Deirdre Close has been playing the piano and singing since the age of four. Graduating from Biola University with a degree in Music Composition, she has had many opportunites to use her gifts as a singer and songwriter. Currently, she is the Director of Worship Arts here at Mission Hills Church. She has two sons, Samuel & Zachary.
Deirdre co-wrote three songs and sang background vocals on a few songs for the Heaven & Earth project, which featured artists like Nicole Nordman, Margaret Becker, Rebecca St. James, and Michelle Tumes. She has also written songs for the project Psalm: Music to Soothe the Soul.
